Scope of this policy
This policy covers the international route subscription service provided by VPNTA, including the site pages, the user panel and the client apps on each platform. It explains what data the service processes, for what purpose and how it is retained. Data handled by third-party payment providers, app stores and operating systems in their own processes is governed by their respective privacy terms.
The Terms of Use that accompanies this policy sets out the service scope and refund rules; together they form the agreement for using the service.
Data collected and how it is used
Account data: Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is required. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes and are used solely to verify sign-in.
Order data: Plan name, data allowance, order amount, payment method and order status, used to activate subscriptions, process renewals and verify support cases.
Ticket content: The problem description and any screenshots a user submits, used only to investigate and reply to that ticket.
Visit statistics: Page views, referring page, browser and device type, and approximate region, used for capacity planning, troubleshooting and content improvement.
No-logs stance and connection data
No-logs stance: The service does not record which websites users visit, does not store DNS query contents or browsing history, and does not sell or share connection records with third parties.
To keep routes available and billing accurate, the system retains only session-level technical data: connection start time, disconnect time and total traffic for that session. This data is used to troubleshoot route issues, meter plan traffic and handle abnormal connections, and it does not include access destinations.
Route operations rely on link quality and capacity metrics, not on the specific content users access.
Cookies and local storage
Site pages use a small amount of local storage to save language preference and interface settings; the user panel uses local storage to keep the sign-in session identifier so users stay logged in after refreshing the page.
Visit statistics use cookies or an equivalent anonymous identifier to distinguish unique visitors; they produce aggregate data only and are not used to reconstruct individual browsing behavior.
Users can clear cookies and local storage in their browser. After clearing, they will need to choose a language again and sign in again; other features are unaffected.
Payments and third-party processing
Alipay, WeChat and USDT payments are completed by the corresponding third-party payment providers; the service neither receives nor stores full payment credentials. Order numbers, amounts and payment status are retained by the service to activate subscriptions and reconcile accounts.
Payment providers handle the information needed for payment under their own privacy terms; reading the relevant provider's notice before ordering is recommended.
Data retention, deletion and policy updates
Account data is retained while the account remains active; order and billing records are kept for the period required for reconciliation and compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account data at any time through a support ticket on the site. Once a request is confirmed, the service deletes what can be deleted, except billing records that the law requires it to keep.
When the policy is updated, the last-updated date at the top of this page changes accordingly; changes affecting user rights are described in the site announcements.
