Service scope and coverage

VPNTA provides an international route subscription service: 220+ routes across 120+ countries relay cross-border access, international websites, and network acceleration. Once the subscription is active, users can import the subscription URL in the Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients and connect through the route they select.

Coverage depends on the plan you buy. Monthly plans reset their traffic on the same day each month: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs are used until they run out and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Routes and covered regions may change as operations require; such changes do not affect the traffic allowance or validity period of plans already purchased.

Routes use quantum-encrypted transport. Actual connection quality depends on your local network, your ISP's international gateway, and the destination service; the service makes no guarantee about the availability or loading speed of any particular website.

Account and subscription rules

Registration needs only a username and password, with no email address. The account is held by the person who registered it; any usage lost through a leaked password or a lent-out account is borne by the account holder.

A subscription can be used on unlimited devices at the same time: phones, tablets, and computers within one household can share the same subscription. The subscription URL is tied to the account; reselling, renting, or distributing it to people outside the household is prohibited, as is posting it in forums, chat groups, code repositories, or other public channels. If many concurrent sessions appear from different locations or the URL is publicly shared, the service may suspend that subscription and notify the account holder through a panel ticket for verification.

When a monthly plan is upgraded mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days, and traffic already used is not charged again.

Acceptable use requirements

Users must comply with the laws of their location and with the terms of service of destination services. This service is intended only for normal cross-border access, international website access, and network acceleration. It must not be used to distribute or download content that infringes others' intellectual property, to gain unauthorized access to other systems or data, for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, to send spam, to launch network attacks, or for any other act that violates local law.

Liability: account suspension and legal liability arising from misuse rest with the user; the service cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Service availability, liability, and account termination

The service provides routes on an as-is basis and works to keep them available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled route maintenance is announced in the panel in advance where possible; short outages caused by factors beyond its control — fluctuations in an ISP's international gateway, changes at destination services, natural disasters — are not treated as a breach of contract.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses caused by using or being unable to use the service, and total liability is limited to the amount the user actually paid for that subscription.

The service may terminate an account in the following cases: violating the acceptable use requirements and refusing to correct the behavior; reselling or publicly distributing the subscription URL; scanning, attacking, or interfering with routes and servers by technical means; registering under someone else's identity. Notice is given through a panel ticket before termination; where illegal activity is involved or harm is ongoing, termination may be immediate.

Refund terms and subscription changes

Refund promise: a full, no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 14 days of the first payment.

Refund requests are submitted through a panel ticket, stating the order number and the reason. Refunds go back through the original payment channel, and the time to arrive depends on that channel's processing cycle.

The refund arrangement above applies to both monthly plans and data packs. After 14 days, subscriptions are no longer refundable but remain usable until the end of the current period; data packs are used until they run out, never expire, and are not lost when an account is suspended.

Once the refund is complete, the subscription ends immediately. The account is kept and can still be used for future purchases.

Term changes and how to reach us

These terms may be updated as the service scope, payment channels, or legal requirements change. Updates are published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top is revised at the same time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms; if you disagree, you may stop using the service before the change takes effect, and the refund terms will apply.

Questions about accounts, subscriptions, and refunds are submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel, which is the main support channel. If you have questions about these terms, you can also raise them in a ticket; the service replies in the order received.
