Route selection depends on region and time of day: nearby regions connect directly, while distant regions use relays to smooth out jitter; during evening peak hours, route weights are adjusted based on actual availability. If a connection problem comes up, check your client version and local network first, then open a ticket from the user panel. Refunds follow the 14-day no-questions-asked policy.
VPNTA follows a no-logs policy: browsing content and destination sites are never recorded. Account data is limited to what the service needs — username, password hash, order and traffic counters; registration does not require an email address. Payments are handled via Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
